- Light
- bright indirect. The white and cream marbling needs more light than plain pothos to stay defined
- Water
- let the top inch dry out. It grows more slowly than golden pothos because there is less green leaf doing the work, so it needs less water than you would expect
- Toxicity
- toxic to dogs and cats (ASPCA, listed as golden pothos): insoluble calcium oxalates cause oral irritation, intense burning and irritation of the mouth, tongue and lips, excessive drooling, vomiting and difficulty swallowing. Also poisonous to people (NC State Extension, medium severity); the sap can irritate skin
Toxicity confirmed against ASPCA Animal Poison Control; NC State Extension Plant Toolbox.
